CEO Martin Schaletzky leaves Softline AG

Leipzig, December 01, 2022 - Softline AG, an international IT consulting company with focus on IT- and Software Asset Management, Information- and IT-Security, Cloud and Future Datacenter as well as Digital Workplace, announces that the current CEO Martin Schaletzky left the company.

Dennis Montanje, Managing Director of the Softline Group Northern Europe, joins the management team of the Softline Group DACH as Executive Vice President with immediate effect. The entry of Noventiq, the global provider of IT solutions and services, as the main shareholder of Softline AG in April 2021, opened up an interesting strategic partnership for the Softline Group, which will now be significantly strengthened by the expansion of the management team.

Through the global presence of its main shareholder and partner Noventiq, the Softline Group has access with its services to a total of 60 countries and their markets worldwide. "In the past year, we have already started to drive projects together with Noventiq, where we could contribute our extensive expertise and experience, especially in IT and Software Asset Management, but also in our other core portfolio areas. We will continue to build on this," says Dennis Montanje, Managing Director of the Softline Group Northern Europe and Executive Vice President of Softline Group DACH.
